Due to the departure of the management team and the majority of players, Yarm & Eaglescliffe FC can confirm that their Reserve team will not be playing in the North Riding Premier League this season. We would like to thank all the players, coaches, committee members and supporters who have contributed to the success of the team since it was set up in 2021. The team had many memorable moments including winning the 2023/24 North Riding division one. This was followed by winning the North Riding Premier league and North Riding Saturday County Cup last season.

The club can confirm that our U21 team will continue in the North Riding League Division 2 in 2025/26, which will continue to provide a pathway into senior football for young local players.

Regrettably Jimmy Francis has decided to stand down from his role as club chairman. Jimmy has been instrumental in the success and growth of the club since its formation in 2017. Everyone connected with the club would like to pass on their thanks for everything that Jimmy has done for the club. He is a true Y&E legend and the door is always open for him to return to the committee in the future.

The committee has elected James Gilroy as Chairman. The committee will continue to work hard to secure the success of the club both on and off the pitch, including establishing our own ground at Allen’s West.

We look forward to a strong and successful season for our U21 side and the continued success of our first team in Ebac Northern League Division Two.
